Drove network improvements for maritime Starlink users by compiling telemetry data to identify underperforming trends (SQL).

Highlights

• Designed a test fixture to mount 3 Starlink User Terminals to a car and recovery boat for Starlink Launch Operations.
• Set up telemetry probes inside cruise ships to quantify passenger experience (hardware monitors on ships, dashboards, alerts).
• Identified root causes of maritime subscription churn by looking at user metadata and creating a user survey with Typeform.
• Wrote scripts to scrape public maritime information and correlate it to internal telemetry to create and maintain a database.
• Designed a fixture to adapt new generation of Starlink dishes with previous generation fixtures.
