Dispositioned manufacturing nonconformances for Avionics assemblies on Falcon 9 (Flight Termination, RF Transmitters).

Supported technicians in PCBA fabrication, mechanical assembly, and environmental testing workcenters (thermal, vibe).

Highlights

• Directly responsible for maintaining internal shock testing system (high pressure cannon).
• Primary point of contact between the Avionics Test Team and Range Safety agencies, including the FAA, 45th, and 30th.
• Owned manufacturing and environmental testing for the Starship FLIGHT 1 Flight Termination System avionics box.
• Designed a prototype IMU avionics assembly chassis for a 10x flight first stage rocket booster (did not get flown).
